Brushes in Photoshop

This time in photoshop, we learned how to make brushes! For the flower one, we used a picture of a flower and made it into a brush, then played around with different effects your can give the brushes.

For the bubble one, we used the website, brushlovers.com, and downloaded a brush that we liked. I picked the bubble one, and that's what it looks like!

This one is of a turtle that I found on google and I erased the background of the picture, then turned it into a brush. I also used cool effects and changed colors and sizes. I put some bubbles in there too :3

Illustrator Project

So this time we made an illustration in Illustrator! The first picture is the picture I found, and I think it looks cool because it looks like it's in the dark and it has cool lighting... So I tried to remake it and for me, that's pretty good. Considering we just learned how to use Illustrator. I used the pen tool thing and I made a bunch of different shapes and eventually created this. I like it!

Minions in Illustrator

I MADE THIS! I love it so much. We got to use photoshop and illustrator for this one. First, I drew the little minion in photoshop, but I made it so that I could color it in illustrator, like a coloring book. It was really cool because you could fill in the spaces perfectly and it looks really cool. Sorta like the real thing.

3d and 2d logos in Illustrator

I made all these logos in Illustrator! They're pretty cool! The first picture shows my 2D logos, and the second shows my 3D logos.

Duck in Illustrator

So I really failed on this one.. It looks good from far away.

Anyway, we used Illustrator to make these ducks, and I got to learn a few things. Even though my duck does not look very good, I think it was cool how I made it. With the different tools and such.

Flowers in Illustrator

I made these flowers using Illustrator today! It was my first time using it. I think it's pretty cool, but I'm not used to it yet. I think we're gonna be working on illustrator a lot this week, so hopefully I'll get to learn about it!

Cinemagraphs

This past week we have been making cinemagraphs! cinemagraphs are basically images where part of it moves, but part of it doesn't.  In this cinemagraphs, my shadow moves, but I don't. I put up a peace sign with my hand. I really like this one actually! The only thing I think I could have done better is that I think it could have gone faster.

On here it doesn't look horrible, but if you look closely parts of the picture move- a lot. So, over all I think this one is okay. But I think I did my best! It took forever!

Magazine Cover

After making our cartoon/celebrities and learning how to use text on photoshop, we made a magazine cover using both of these! I think it's really cool!
